PuTTY bug change-scrollback-altscr

summary: Changing scrollback size when on alternate screen clears the screen
class: bug: This is clearly an actual problem we want fixed.

Changing the number of lines of scrollback while in the alternate screen causes the screen to be cleared and the cursor to be moved to the top left. This probably shouldn't happen.
